In the first part, we will focus on helping the lymphatic system flow, the connective tissue loosen and raise the vagus tone. When we raise the vagus tone, we balance the stress system in the body. Stress is a common cause of impaired lymphatic flow and stiff connective tissue.
What does the lymphatic system do?
- Transports the lymph from the tissue fluid to the blood.
- Transports nutrients to the body's cells.
- Works as the body's sewer & cleans out toxins, waste products and excess fluid.
- Defense and fighters against infections & inflammations
- Maintains fluid balance.
- Forms white blood cells and antibodies as a defense against bacteria, viruses, microorganisms etc
- Transports fat from the small intestine to the blood.
Why is connective tissue important?
The connective tissue reacts to pressure. The harder the pressure, the stronger the resistance. The connective tissue reacts to all trauma. Physical, emotional & mental.
You learn to deactivate & neutralize the connective tissue with different techniques.
When the connective tissue loosens, the lymph can flow freely and muscles, joints and bones have room to return to optimal position.
Advantages of working simultaneously with Lymph, Connective tissue and Vagus
· Vagus lugnar nervsystemet.
· Lymfan jobbar effektivt i lugn och ro.
· Bindväven är vår inre krockkudde. When we calm the body, the connective tissue can let go.
Common symptoms of poor flow:
- Difficult to lose weight even if you eat and exercise well
- Recurrent colds
- Cold hands and feet
- Stiffness and pain in the body
